Like previous occasion, none appears for the petitioner.

The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, along with the Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the impugned order dated 27.07.2011 passed by the Judge, Special Court, 2nd Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad in Special Case No.3 of 2011 arising out of Raninagar Police Station Case No. 676 of 2010 dated 16.12.2010 under Section 409/201/217/114/109 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the application as well as the impugned order, it appears that impugned order is a reasoned and considered one and was passed in consideration of materials available on record. The annexures indicate incriminating element against the petitioner.

Therefore, the impugned order demands no interference of this Court.

Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed.
