State and the private opposite party are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the private opposite party submits that the police filed report in final form where the police stated that the complaint was a mistake as to fact. In view of the final report of the police submitted under Section 173 of the Criminal Procedure Code dated December 22, 2019 discharging the private opposite party, we find no merit in the present petition.

Accordingly, the prayer for cancellation of bail is rejected. C.R.M. 6816 of 2021 is dismissed.
