1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the injured read with the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. We record that the injured has specifically stated that he suffered grievous injury due to assault of the petitioner on his head.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
