Petitioner is aggrieved as the police authorities did 07.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.755 Rakib not effectively investigate the cases being Maheshtala PS Case no. 926/23, Maheshtala PS Case no. 508/23 and Maheshtala PS Case no. 344/24.

Having considered that the said cases were registered in between 08.07.2023 to 17.05.2024, I am of the view that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any act and action of the police authorities, so far as the issues relating to investigation is concerned or the role of the police authorities so far as the release of any of the accused person is concerned, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers. Jurisdictional Court would assess regarding the complicity of the said accused person, there post-bail conduct thereafter pass necessary directions as it deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17061 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
