It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner, who was a private tutor of the minor, had ravished her. Subsequently, she committed suicide. Keeping in mind the incriminating materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
