Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 07.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.756 Rakib Hare Street Police Station case no. 229/22 commencing its investigation, no steps were taken by the police authorities effectively. Consequent to which the outcome of the investigation was questionable.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet on or about 11.10.2023. I have taken into account the grievance of the petitioner as well as the steps taken by the State and I am of the view that the petitioner if she is aggrieved by the outcome of the investigation or the deficiencies of the investigation, she will take out a specific application before learned Magistrate, who would decide the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17062 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
