The petitioner is praying that the school authority may be directed to issue a no objection certificate so that he can apply for general transfer on medical ground.

The petitioner is the sole teacher in the subject mathematics of the school as such the school authority has justifiable ground not to issue the said no objection certificate.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the said decision of the School authority. W.P.A. 16167 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
