Roy Ms. Rita Dutta .... for the State Mr. Dey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners led by Mr. Kaushik Chatterjee submits photocopies of certificate of death in respect of petitioners namely, Krishna Das Mondal who died on 17.05.2019 and Smt. Binapani Mondal, the petitioner no. 2 who died on 20.4.2021.

On the last occasion a report was sought for from the concerned police station.

Mr. B. K. Roy learned counsel representing the State submits that report has already been received. In view of the report of death supported by photocopy of death certificates issued by the competent authority, the revisional application appears to have been abated. I do not find any reason not to act on the photocopy of the death certificates so submitted by an officer of the Court. The certificates are taken on record.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of as abated.
