It appears from the said order that the Tribunal has taken administrative steps and has also passed judicial orders.

In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. The DRT-1, shall act strictly in terms of the order of the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and the directions contained in the order dated August 26, 2022.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of.
