Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It appears from record that for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has also made a representation before the Executive Engineer concerned of Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA)/respondent No.10 on 14th April, 2023.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in support of his case relies on a letter dated 20th September, 2022, issued by the KMDA Authority. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case which appears from record and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 16169 of 2023, is disposed off by directing the KMDA Authority concerned to consider and dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 14th April, 2023, being Annexure P-10 to the writ petition in accordance

with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and by taking into consideration its own letter dated 20th September, 2022, as appears at page 44 of the writ petition, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Needless to mention that while considering and disposing the aforesaid writ petition, authority concerned shall give an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties.
