This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Additional Court, Diamond Harbour to dispose of the Title Suit No.113 of 2016 expeditiously.

Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application praying for acceptance of the Commissioner's report and another application under Order 22 Rule 4 Sub Rule (4) are pending.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned Trial Court.

From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that May 16, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the aforesaid applications. Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that hearing of the said applications have been fixed sometimes in the month of August, 2025.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, C. O. No.2574 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Jr. Division), 2nd Additional Court at Diamond Harbour to make an endeavour to dispose of the pending applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Trial Judge shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
