Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client's principal grievance has been addressed in Chinsurah Police Station Case No. 385 of 2022 dated 31.07.2022 under Sections 420/406/468/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is expected that the investigation is completed expeditiously and report in final form be submitted before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly not later than a period of three months from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
