1. Claiming parity with the co-accused, Santi Let @ Anita Let decided on 5th July, 2024 in CRM (A) 2183 of 2024 being not opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State, we allow this application for anticipatory bail.

2. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely, Supriya Let, Kalyan Let and Bacchu Let @ Janmenjoy Let, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. It is further directed that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week till the submission of the final report.
