1. Appeal is at the behest of an Article 12 authority and directed against an order dated July 9, 2025 passed in WPA 13305 of 2025.

2. After elaborate hearing of both the sides, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners/private respondents, on instructions of writ petitioner/ private respondent no. 1, who is present in Court, submits that, the impugned order may be set aside since, the writ petitioners/private respondents intend to prefer an appeal challenging the Appellate Authority's order dated July 10, 2025.

3. We find from the records that, the two applications under the Right to Information Act, 2005 were filed

on May 19, 2025 and May 23, 2025. On refusal of the concerned officer to grant the informations sought for, an appeal was preferred. Appellate Authority under the Act of 2005 passed an order dated July 10, 2025. The writ petitioners/private respondents are aggrieved by non-grant of all the informations sought for, by the Appellate Authority.

4. Subsequent to the order of the Appellate Authority being passed, writ petitioners/private respondents seek to assail such order of the Appellate Authority before the appropriate forum.

5. Such stand of the writ petitioners/private respondents being reasonable, is accepted.

6. Order impugned is set aside.

Writ petitioners/private respondents may assail the order dated July 10, before the appropriate authority, in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. MAT/1084/2025 along with connected application are disposed of.
