1. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party/State are present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner in the instant case is implicated on the ground of a commercial quantity of the narcotics which is non-bailable under Section 37 of the NDPS Act. As no ground is furnished by the petitioner to rebut the condition under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, the prayer for bail made by the petitioner is rejected. However, necessary steps shall be taken to expedite the trial.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. The application for bail being C.R.M. (NDPS) 900 of 2025 stands disposed of.
