Heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. The allegation is under Sections 498A along with 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The husband and the mother-in-law of the complainant have been already granted bail. The present petitioner is the sister-in-law, living in Bangalore and suffering from cancer.

On perusal of the case diary and the another materials and considering the nature of allegation, we are inclined to allow anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

We allow this application for anticipatory bail. In the event of arrest, the petitioner will be released on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with a further condition that the petitioner will cooperate with the Investigating Officer and shall not tamper with evidence or

influence the witnesses anyway and comply with all the provisions thereof.

The petitioner will also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. CRM 6834 of 2021 is disposed of.
