The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of the Bank in taking steps for recovery of the due amount under the provisions of SARFAESI Act. It appears that a securitization application is already pending consideration before the Kolkata Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 2 being S.A. 457 /2022.

The petitioner intends to pay off the dues of the Bank.

As the issue is already pending consideration before the learned Tribunal, the petitioner is relegated to the learned Tribunal for making all necessary prayer before the said forum.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
