Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application with a request to render assistance to the secured creditor being the petitioner herein while taking possession under the SARFAESI Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that if the petitioner bank deposits Rs.21,657/- (Rupees twenty one thousand six hundred and fifty seven) only for the force to be supplied to the petitioner for their assistance by way of Treasury Challan (SPC) or GRIPS eChallan (Head of A/C 00550010500114) and send a copy of the same to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station then necessary steps will be taken by the State.

Heard the parties at length.

The authorized officer of the Bank of Baroda is requested to make a deposit of Rs.21,657/- (Rupees

twenty one thousand six hundred and fifty seven) by way of Treasury Challan (SPC) or GRIPS e-Challan (Head of A/C 00550010500114) and send a copy of the same to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station mentioning specific date and time and on receipt of the same the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station shall make necessary arrangement and render necessary assistance to the authorized officer of the Bank of Baroda, the petitioner herein.

The writ petition being WPA 17086 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
