Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are the in-laws of the victim housewife and they have been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim girl recorded in the medical papers implicating the petitioners. Petitioners had assaulted the victim and forced her to drink poison.

In view of the prima facie role of the petitioners in the alleged crime and the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
