Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, let the impugned order dated 29.8.2003 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Birbhum in Criminal Appeal no. 28 of 2002, be stayed for a period of eight weeks or until further order, whichever is earlier.

CRAN 2 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
