For the State Having considered the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the nature of the charges, we are inclined to allow the application for anticipatory bail. The value of the articles, which are allegedly being stolen also does not persuade us to accept the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the arresting

officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

CRM 6843 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of on the basis of this order.
