1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the Case Diary.

3. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and the material available in the case diary including the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
