The present revisional application was preferred under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which is for transfer of a case. The prayer which has been advanced before this Court is for transferring Misc. Case No.18 of 2011 from the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk to any court within the jurisdiction of the district of Howrah. The present revisional application is pending since the year 2012 and till date, the same has not been admitted. Further, no information has been furnished before this Court regarding the present stage of the proceedings pending before the learned trial Court.

Having regard to such stage of the proceedings, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 2291 of 2012 is dismissed.
