Ct.No.30.

CRR/2292/ 2012 In the matter of : Sri Chandan Sarkar.

...the Petitioner.

The instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is pending since 2012.

None appears on behalf of the parties till date. By filing the instant revision, the petitioner has prayed for setting aside an order dated 9th February, 2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Barasat in Criminal Appeal No.23 of 2009. The learned Appellate Court dismissed the appeal on merit and affirmed the order dated 29th May, 2009 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Barasat in connection with C No.50 of 2009 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. I have perused the impugned order. I do not find any infirmity in the order impugned.

Therefore, the instant revision is dismissed. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J)
