(Through Video Conference) Mr. Jahar Lal De Ms. Smita Das De ... ... for the State This petition was filed in the year 2018 and thereafter more than three years have passed and no one is present for the petitioner today to prosecute it. Having examined the record, it is noticed that the grievance raised by the petitioner is in respect of allotment of land by the respondent no.7, College to one Peer Committee and raising of some unauthorised construction.

The allegation is that the property of the College is being misutilized.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the record by report dated 23.08.2018 in the form of communication sent to the Government Pleader by the inspector-in-charge of the concerned police station stating that the dispute is between the college authorities and the concerned committee as also the neighbouring persons. On the issue of construction of boundary wall, there was tension in the locality, therefore SDO had held the meeting of all the stake holders and directed them to maintain status quo until further order in respect of the construction work.

The said report indicates that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. If the petitioner has any surviving grievance, then he will be at liberty to approach the respondent no.2 in this regard who will duly look into the grievance of the petitioner.
