Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the goods were not seized from his possession.

However, on perusal of the documents placed by the counsel for the State, it appears that incriminating materials are there and the investigation is still in process.

In our view, at this stage, bail cannot be granted and accordingly, application for bail is rejected. All parties are to act on a website copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
