The petitioner has challenged an order of the prescribed authority dated 01.10.2021 the resignation letter of the Pradhan of a Gram Panchayat and declared the vacancy of the Office of the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat.

In view of the fact that the Panchayat Elections have been held in the year 2023, the instant writ petition has become infructuous due to passage of time. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
