Datta Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses showing that the petitioners were present in a body with weapons and they conjointly assaulted the victim resulting in his death.

In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
