The petitioner is the plaintiff of Title Suit No. 245 of 2015, pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division) at Sealdah, District - 24 Parganas (South). The petitioner is praying a direction for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

It appears that the suit is at a matured stage as the witness action has started.

Therefore, the learned Trial Judge is requested to bring the said suit to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, and in doing so, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 2389 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
