The petitioner is aggrieved by the conduct of the authorities for not acting on the representation which was addressed to them. The subject-matter allegedly related to certain illegal constructions in respect of a particular property situated within Police Station Kaliganj, District-Nadia.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to a representation being made on 08.10.2021 to the Pradhan, Kaliganj Gram Panchayat which till date has not been considered by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the subject-matter of the writ petition, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with direction upon the Pradhan to afford appropriate opportunity to all the private parties including the Government Stakeholders regarding the

contentions advanced by the petitioner in his representation dated 08.10.2021.

The said representation should be considered after affording opportunity to all the parties by way of notice being served within a week from the date of receipt of the communication of this order and should be preferably disposed of within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 17385 of 2021 is disposed of.

Police report so submitted on behalf of the State by Mr. Debjit Mukherjee be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
