Sreyasi Saha -versusSri Jyotirmoy Ghosh Mr. Akash Dutta ... for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the wife praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge (Junior Division), 11th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 522 of 2022 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the Court is presently lying vacant and the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court is incharge of the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, 11th Court at Alipore. Since the Court is lying vacant, this Court is not inclined to pass any directions for expeditious hearing at this stage.

C.O. 2580 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that after the regular Presiding Officer joins an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 522 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
