Vaisya Mr. Ranjan Saha ...for the State The petitioner submits that her father was a primary school teacher who retired in 2004 and expired in 2014. Thereafter her mother was getting the family pension and her mother expired on 10.12.2021. Thereafter the petitioner being the divorced daughter of the school teacher is not getting any family pension.

Therefore, I direct the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) being the respondent no.4 to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned and speaking order. If the petitioner is entitled to get the family pension, it should be given to her within a period of three weeks from the date of the reasoned decision.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
