The petitioner seeks transfer from Uttar Dinajpur to Murshidabad. The undated application seeking inter district transfer put to post by the petitioner on 11th March, 2024 is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without going into the merits of the said application seeking transfer, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 6 being the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider and dispose of the prayer made by the petitioner seeking transfer in accordance with law and the relevant rules and regulations at the earliest but

positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all medical documents in support of such transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
