I have considered the earlier order passed in WPA 9390 of 2025 and I do not find any issue which would interfere with the civil court's order as claimed by the review applicants. Further, under the garb of review, I am of the opinion that the applicants have tried to invoke the appellate jurisdiction.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the review application is not maintainable. Consequently, the review application being RVW 213 of 2025 along with the connected applications is dismissed.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
