The writ petition is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 12th April, 2023 when Mr. Sarkar, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with the writ petition and in support of the same a letter dated 18th April, 2023 which he has received from his client is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
