It appears therefrom that the Sub Divisional Officer considered the prayer of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order on 15th March, 2023.

The reasoned order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer is under challenge in WPA 18726 of 2024 (Biswajit Ghorai -Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors.) As the Court is prima facie satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The same stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for further relief, if so advised. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
