Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the entire tender process pursuant to tender notice dated May 10, 2022, is the subjectmatter of challenge in this Public Interest Litigation (PIL). Admittedly, the tender was for a period of one year and the said period is over. Thus, he fairly submits that all questions raised in this PIL may be left open to be decided in appropriate case in future. This PIL, for all practical purposes, has rendered infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the PIL is dismissed with the liberty as prayed for.
