1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner seeks for consideration of the legal representation dated 13th June, 2024 alleging illegal construction over public road.

3. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the legal representation dated 13th June, 2024 made on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties by passing a reasoned order at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. If the grievance of the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary remedial steps shall be taken by the Authority.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation dated 13th June, 2024 along with all documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
