Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates for the petitioner and the private respondents.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has purchased a plot of land and he is unable to cultivate because of interference at the behest of the private respondents.
Private respondents submit that the title which is claimed by the petitioner is on the foundation of a forged document.
State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.
Having considered that the police authorities are in know-how of the circumstances and to that effect, reduced the information to general diary
entry, I direct that in case any untoward situation arises or the situation is blown out of proportion, police authorities would ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained in the area.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 16072 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
