1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has produced the case diary wherefrom it appears that huge quantity of contraband articles have been recovered from an area with tin shed apparently belonging to the present petitioner.

3. In view thereof, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
