Report is placed on record. Petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions of bail.

2. Accordingly, conditions of bail i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Raiganj Women Police Station and to report Officer-in-charge within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e. Karandighi Police Station once in a week are waived.

3. He shall meet the Officer-in-charge, Raiganj Women Police Station once in a month until further orders. 4.

Other conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
