Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Monoranjan Mahata ... for the State. Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further with the present application and wants to withdraw it. Mr. Sur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State raised objection contending that matter was posted for quite a few days for hearing and ultimately the petitioner has decided to withdraw the same which should not be allowed. Having considered the submissions made by the parties, I find when the petitioner does not want to proceed with the present application the Court must not compel him to proceed with the said application.

In such view of the matter, CRR 2666 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
