Ghosh Ms. Sonali Bhar ...... for the State Having considered materials on record and bearing in mind the statement of the victim lady recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C alleging rape by the petitioner, we are of the opinion in view of the gravity of offence this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
