Learned advocate representing the Corporation has placed before this Court a communication dated 9th April, 2024 addressed to the petitioners by the Assessor Collector (South) wherein the figures relating to the proportionate liability and the measurement of the respective flat being Nos. 12A, 12B and G-1 mezzanine are disclosed.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the same.

It will be open for the petitioners to take appropriate steps to challenge the aforesaid communication in accordance with law, if so advised. The contempt application stands disposed of.
