Ms. Moumita Chakraborty ...for respondent no.4 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of 14.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.904 Rakib informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken. Petitioner complains of harassment, trespass and threats. Such information was submitted on 6th of July, 2025 to the Inspector-in-Charge of Belghoria Police Station.

Petitioner would submit another representation to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, In-Charge of Belghoria Police Station. In case no steps are taken, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175(3) of the BNSS. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

State submitted a report. Report reflects that T.S. 505/2013 is pending.

Another Title Suit is pending as submitted by the learned advocate for the private respondents being T.S. 1105/2024.

Police authorities are aware regarding the dispute which is basically amongst the relations. Having regard to the directions passed above, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 15974 of 2025 is disposed.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
