The complaint filed by the petitioner before the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is pending consideration. Prayer has been made to direct the RBI Ombudsman to conclude the investigation and pass a reasoned order forthwith. 2.

Learned counsel for RBI submits that the complaint of the petitioner is being looked into and that it would take some time to pass the final order in the matter.

It appears that the complaint of the petitioner has been registered and a number has been allotted. The RBI Ombudsman is, therefore, requested to expedite the matter and endeavour to arrive at a final decision on the complaint lodged by the petitioner at the earliest.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
