Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, there is a counter complaint with regard to the same incident. Two other co-accuseds were granted anticipatory bail. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioners are not required. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. She submits that, different eye witnesses implicate the petitioners in the offence of murder.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3568 of 2022 is dismissed.
