Upon considering the relevant material from the case diary and the fact that the petitioner and the victim girl are 19 and 16 years of age respectively and further that the victim girl has since returned to her family as well as charge sheet has not yet been submitted till date, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petitioner shall accordingly be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Arambag. The petitioner shall make himself available before the concerned Investigating

Officer, as and when required and shall also not tamper with evidence or intimidate the witnesses till the investigation is over. CRM 6885 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of on the above basis.
