Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is the allegation of the petitioner in this writ petition that petitioner's application for new electricity connection is not being accepted by the respondent/Electricity authority concerned.

Learned Advocate appearing for the respondent/Electricity authority concerned denies such allegation of refusal to accept any such application.

Without going into this dispute of making any application and refusal by the respondents, this writ petition being WPA 16214 of 2023, is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make application for new electricity connection in accordance with law in appropriate Form and if such application is made, the same will be processed by the authority concerned expeditiously and if it is found that petitioner has

complied with all the legal formalities, electricity connection shall be provided to him.
