Case No. 244 of 2021 dated 30.07.2021 under section 20(ii)c of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. And In the matter of : Fulbabu Sk. @ Tota Sk. @ Fullbabu Sk Mr. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay Mr. Santanu Maji Ms. Snigdha Saha ... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Ghosh Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State Upon considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the petitioner as would appear from the seizure list and the fact that the only connection of the petitioner with the offence is the co-accused naming the petitioner, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in the present case.

The petitioner shall, however, be subjected to certain conditions for grant of bail. First, the petitioner shall furnish a bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount, one of whom shall be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Burdwan. The petitioner shall make himself available for questioning every week before the concerned authority and shall not leave the local jurisdiction of the police station without leave of the concerned authority.

In the event the petitioner fails to comply with the aforesaid conditions, the bail shall be cancelled without reference to this Court.

CRM 6890 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of in terms of the above.
